Adeo, a major European home decor retailer, needed to scale immersive visual content production. Traditional content pipelines (photo shoots, 3D modeling) were too expensive and rigid. The goal was to find a faster, cheaper, and more flexible generative AI solution, while maintaining brand consistency and contractual accuracy.
